Services are performed as described in the confirmed booking or written scope. Scope, access requirements, and any limitations are confirmed before work begins.
Scheduling and cancellations
Appointments are scheduled through our booking platform. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible so the time can be reassigned.
Access and site conditions
Customers are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the property and for disclosing conditions that affect the work, including hazardous materials or restricted items.
Removal limitations
Certain materials cannot be accepted for removal or hauling, including hazardous waste and other regulated items. Eligibility is confirmed before removal.
Payment
Payment is due as stated at the time of booking and is processed through our secure booking platform.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is not permitted by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Changes
These terms may be updated as services change. The version published on this page applies to bookings made after it is posted.
